Another confession: I didn't shower for 4 days. I'm celebrating doing that yesterday. Bella, my 8 year old and I have had an incredible mommy daughter weekend, but it's a lot!

So mama's I'm feeling you. Reply with one little thing you did, like dishes, laundry. I'll celebrate it with you.

A gal told me she hadn't done laundry in 2 months!!!! She doesn't know why she has so much resistance around it. I made her take a pic of her putting a load of just towels in when she does it. She's done 7 loads now! 🧺

Let's take an intentional pause and LAUGH to get back to NEUTRAL.

JUST LAUGH and claim your emotions. It's NORMAL, its everything everywhere all at once right now! This can affect your digestive system, making you got to sweets.

Let that pass and be sure to look at your poop! It's telling you something. (Bella even confessed she has bad poop and then choose to eat more veggies. Momma dream!)
