This week at my Polka Dots meeting — an organization I'm part of for networking, sisterhood, and so much more — our director Julie asked us a beautiful question:

"What makes you feel seen — and who makes you feel seen?"

It stopped me in my tracks.

🔮 I See You — Literally

My honest answer? I'm better at seeing others than being seen myself.

As a Chinese face reader, I see people's patterns, strengths, superpowers, and challenges written right on their face. I hear it all the time:

"I feel like you already know me."

Most people love that feeling. Some get a little paranoid — because not everyone wants to be seen. And honestly? I get it. 😄

💛 How I Feel Seen

Here's what actually fills my cup: when a client tells me — quickly — that something shifted.

When I see the shen return to someone's eyes. When they learn the meaning behind a scar and something softens in them. When they stop trying to fix a feature they used to hate and simply... accept it. Over time, it transforms entirely.

I never thought words of affirmation were my love language — but this is exactly that. Here is an example how they are expressed through chocolate 🍫

🏦 The Love Bank Exercise

In many of my readings, I prescribe what I call a Love Bank. Here's how it works:

At the end of each day, write down:

💛 How you helped someone or gave something
🌟 A compliment you received
🙏 Something someone thanked you for

Fold it up and put it in a jar. Watch it fill. You have more love in your life than you realize.

🌍 Mother's Day Should Be Every Day
