I went to bed 5P last night. Woke up with lots of messages. The fire horse is coming sooner so I created this:

Feeling “behind” is the most common experience right now — and it’s not a problem to fix.

January is winter + foundation energy for many. Planning doesn’t mean pushing. It can mean holding, clarifying, and creating containers for a quieter season.

Your 90-day goal is NOT a full project plan. Get it out of your head so you can see where you are not being realistic. This is so calming to your nervous system. This can start at anytime, it doesn't end to be the begining of the month! You are NOT BEHIND. Start now.

  • You do not need to know all the steps

If planning starts to feel constraining, it’s usually because too much detail is creeping in too early.

  1. Obstacles Matter More Than Actions

One of the most powerful parts of the 90-day plan is naming obstacles — especially internal ones.

Examples:

Work / health imbalance

  • Time as a surface obstacle → beliefs underneath
  • Family lineage stories about success and burnout
  • Creative or ADD-style minds being labeled as problems instead of assets

Often, tending to the obstacle is what creates completion — not adding more steps.

It’s meant to show pace, flow, and spacing, not perfection

If it feels like too much: 👉 Skip it for now and come back later

Step 1: Ground First

Before planning:

🍥Take a breath

🍥Drop into the present moment

🍥Release the “behind” story

🍥Planning works best when you start from presence, not panic.

Step 2: Brain Dump (2 Ways to Use It)

Your brain dump is for clearing, not creating more projects.

You can use it to:

List the next natural steps that come from your 90-day goal

OR rant / journal / morning-pages style writing to release resistance

Midway through, pause and ask:

“What do I know is right on time right now?”

Step 3: Identify the 3 Most Important Things for Next Week

Ask: What truly matters next week?

⚓What moves my 90-day goal forward?

⚓What needs to be anchored in time?

You don’t need to fit everything into one week. There will be more weeks. You don't need to finish in one sitting. Allow it to come, but take a few steps at a time.

Step 4: Week at a Glance

Start with:

**How do I want to feel next week?

**What’s my vision for the week?

**Most people don’t want to feel “behind.” So ask: What’s the feeling instead? (Productive, steady, calm, focused, supported, etc.)

Then choose: 👉 Your 3 priorities 👉 Anchor them into your real calendar

🤍Monthly pages don’t have to align with the calendar month

🤍You can start mid-month

🤍Use them only if they feel helpful

🤍You can skip and return later — nothing breaks

🤍Every layer (90-day → month → week) is meant to add clarity, not pressure.

~Planning can hold quiet, slow, unexciting seasons

~You can plan for rest, presence, and normal life

~Doing every page is not required to follow through

~Structure exists to support you — not constrain you
