So true...this year has been a whirlwind, my most challenging hands down. SOOO many rainbows after the storms. I've finally completed my 5 year metamorphosis. I chopped off my hair to represent this. Hair is an extension of your intuition or holds grief. It's been a looooong journey! I've been asking, "What must to die for what I'm ready to grow and BECOME?" I know it sounds morbid, for my elements and this season in my life, it's the ask-firmation I need. Try this and notice what comes up for you. STAY with it so it MOVES through you and processes. It may be UNCOMFORTABLE. STAY so you transform. If you want a lighter one...ask, "What would love do?" or "WHAT WOULD LOVE WANT ME TO KNOW?" (I got this from Elizabether Gilbert from her Substack.) One question is more doing...the other is more BEING. (Nerdmaste!) It's not gonna slow down. There will be OBSTACLES. At the same time, there are OPPORTUNITIES in all the Obstacles.Save this.
