If you’ve been reading my recent emails, you’ll know I’ve been in the hospital for 12 days dealing with my Crohn’s that has turned really severe. I’m home now and healing with help of many friends. My eyes and energy waver a lot. I'm really slow. Slow is Smooth, and SMOOTH is fast.
