How I Finally Found My Flow for FRESH STARTS this spring

Spring is Here. It's a FRESH START!

I am so excited for this new season Reader!

This week I took time to pause — and it was powerful. I closed out winter with clarity and intention. My seasonal word is Fresh Start, which feeds right into my word of the year: Relaxed Sturdiness.

I've restarted my yoga practice at Karma Yoga Studio, with classes scheduled every Tuesday and Saturday. It's on the calendar and it's happening!

I also spent time learning about the low histamine diet I need to follow in order to live well with MCAS and Crohn's — not fight against them, but work with them. These conditions are reminders to care for myself and stay present. That shift in perspective changed everything.

Which is exactly why I'll be joining the Skinny60 LIVE program, April 21st through June 25th.
