Hiya Reader, 💖I adore you. It's "Palentine's" Week. It's all about LOVE. There are so many expressions and layers to love. For the last 2 years I've been switching it to ADORE. I love the Christmas song, "Come Let Us Adore Him." I think that was when I started playing with this word. It has a different essence don't you think? My friend Erin posted this pic and I loved reading what people do. Some cook for another (this is me), some compliment, hug, kisses, listen...another one "I hate you!" 🤣 I think they meant to be funny. I would love to know what you do. 💖I would also love to know your LOVE LANGUAGE! Mine is Acts of Service. Knowing this changed my life. 🤗I want to take an intentional pause and tell you I ADORE YOU. I APPRECIATE YOU.🌹You may know I love ROSES, so I'm sending you a boutique of roses energetically. What's your favorite? Also sending you some SWEETS, recipes good for your HEART & HEALTH from my Gut Reset Coach Tess 🌟 Sugar-Free Valentine's Treats from Tess Masters ~ theBlenderGirl.comTypically, Valentine's Day is a chocoholic's paradise. So, if you love chocolate, you're going to love these recipes. 💖Chocolate Espresso Truffles - If you want to give a homemade edible gift, or take a hostess gift, or just celebrate with yourself in front of a romantic movie. these truffles will hit the spot! They are so easy, and you can roll them in whatever you like. I use the Lindt 70% Dark Chocolate to make these, and they keep in the fridge for weeks. But, they never last that long. You could also use Lakanto in this recipe, too! (Or, some other sugar-free sweetener.) 💖Chocolate Orange Cake - This is still one of the most popular recipes from The Blender Girl cookbook. This cake takes about 20 minutes to make, and is as easy as blend, freeze, and devour. You can slice and leave pieces in the freezer for future chocolate fixes! Again, you could also make this recipe sugar-free using Lakanto or some other sugar-free sweetener. 💖Chocolate Cinnamon Pudding - If you don't want to spend more than 10 minutes preparing your chocolate fix, this quick easy blender pudding is the ticket to serious chocoholic pleasure. I have a really busy week, so I admit, this is the option I am going with this year. And, guess what, every time I serve it, people go crazy. So, it's not how much time you put in. Serve topped with cashew cream and fresh berries for a truly decadent dessert. 💖Damp Lemon Almond Cake - Not feeling the chocolate love? If you haven't made this cake yet, just do it and thank me later. Seriously. Valentine's Day or no Valentine's Day, this cake needs to be in your life. Why? Well, the flavor and texture will make you weak in the knees, but also because it may be the easiest cake I've ever send. Blend, pour, and bake. That's it. Those of you who have been in the community for a while know that I really hate to bake. I don't have the patience. I like quick easy treats! To make this sugar-free and diabetic-friendly, substitute the maple sugar with 1 cup Lakanto (monk fruit and erythritol) in this recipe. 🪩I’d love to hear your thoughts, how you say I love you, and what you are doing for self love. Hiya Reader ✨ Have you ever felt a twinge of doubt about sharing your true passions? You’re not alone! Just the other day, my 7-year-old daughter Bella poured her heart into a book about LOVE but hesitated to share it with her class, fearing it wouldn’t be liked. 💖 I taught her about the odds. There are 24 students. One third will like it, one third will not, and one third will be neurtal. So about 8, give or take a few, will like it. No matter what though, They are still your friends and let...

If you’ve been reading my recent emails, you’ll know I’ve been in the hospital for 12 days dealing with my Crohn’s that has turned really severe. I’m home now and healing with help of many friends. My eyes and energy waver a lot. I'm really slow. Slow is Smooth, and SMOOTH is fast. At the same time, I’ve never been...
